Good value for Brand Plan

I recently purchased the Brand Plan and was pretty happy with the whole process. Generating the logo was straightforward using their AI tool; it gave a bunch of options quickly. I then used the Brand Guidelines feature which helped a lot with consistency. Delivery was instant since it's digital. I had a quick question about the SVG files and used their support chat, which responded within minutes. The quality of the vector files was good, crisp and scalable. I also tried the Business Card Maker, and it was easy enough to customize and download print-ready files. Overall, it provided a lot of tools for what I paid.

Decent tools, some minor issues

I signed up for the Brand Plan to get a logo and some marketing templates. The Logo Maker worked well and gave me a few designs I liked. Downloading the high-resolution PNGs was quick. I also used the business name generator, which was okay but not super creative. My main gripe was with the Brand Board; it was a bit clunky to customize, and I had some trouble aligning elements perfectly. Customer service was responsive when I asked about it, but the tool itself could be more intuitive. Overall, it's good for the price, but there's room for improvement in some of the smaller features.

Consistent service, easy to use

I've used LOGO.com a few times now, first for a side project and then for my main business. This time I got a new logo and the social media kit. It's always reliable. The process for generating a logo and then downloading the files is consistently smooth. No surprises, which is good.

Does this logo maker provide vector files? Need something scalable.

E Elena S. 1 month ago
Yup, if you get the Brand Plan or a similar package, you'll definitely get SVG and other vector files.

Yeah, that's one of the main reasons to pay for it. The free ones are usually just low-res PNGs, but the paid plans include vectors.

Can I actually download my logo for free after I make it, or do I have to pay?

B Beth T. 2 months ago
You can usually download a basic low-res version for free to see how it looks. For the good quality files, you gotta pay for a plan.

J Josh B. 2 months ago
Nope, not really for anything useful. The free download is usually just a tiny preview. All the good stuff like vector files and high-res images are behind the paywall.

anyone compare this to Tailor Brands? which one's better for a new startup?

P Priya Vargas 2 months ago
They're pretty similar in what they offer. I found Logo.com's interface a bit more intuitive for logo design specifically. Tailor Brands felt a bit more focused on the whole business formation package.

I've used both. For just the logo and basic branding stuff, Logo.com felt quicker. Tailor Brands tries to do a bit more with business registration and all that, so it depends if you need those extra services too.

What's the deal with payment? Can I use PayPal or just credit cards?

J Jared 2 months ago
I'm pretty sure they take standard credit cards. Not 100% on PayPal, I used my Visa.

I've only ever seen credit card options, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX. Don't recall seeing PayPal myself when I signed up.

If I get the Brand Plan, what all comes with it? Is it just the logo or other stuff too?

S Sarah Beaumont 1 month ago
Oh, it's way more than just the logo. You get brand guidelines, social media kits, business card stuff, tons of templates. It's a whole package.

It's a lot actually. They throw in a bunch of marketing materials, fonts, colors, even a simple website builder. Pretty comprehensive for branding.
